That means, vulnerability is a good thing because it is a time where we can freely express ourselves, the truth within us! I know that it was quite negative when someone says that you are vulnerable. But in doing yoga or meditation, it is very important to focus on your own and think of your inner self. If vulnerability is a good way to freely express the inner self in you, then you must do it more often! Hopefully, I will be given the chance to do yoga.
