Mindfulness Monday: Sun Reflection

Take the time to look at the sun.
Be grateful for that moment.
Invite the ball of fire into your eyes and recognize.
Close your eyes and warm up.

When we take our time,
we slowly pause.
Then we gently allow our brain to recognize,
the sun's beauty that we are seeing and feeling.

When we get caught up on stuff,
we slowly forget about the sun outside our window.
The truth is we do have a lot of things to do on our to do lists everyday. Chores to start and finish.
Projects to accomplish.
Dreams to create and make to happen.
Friends and Families to see and be with.

But when the sun is here.

Pause for a moment and let the sun take your breath away.

Actually, I am encouraging everyone to appreciate what they have. You know, not everyone is given the chance to see the beauty of sunlight every time it shows up. So I believe, it is the small things that matters and we need to appreciate it! On the other hand, I really love your poem about it. It was short but you were able to deliver your message as clear as you can! That's an effort that I need to commend, obviously. Hopefully, I can be as good as you!
