Creative meal with organic brown rice and quinoa cooked in coconut milk, then sautéed crimini mushrooms, local beef from the farmer's market, organic yellow peppers, ginger, garlic, tumeric, dried kelp then added drops of Bragg's soy sauce and Sriracha topped with cilantro.
