Oh My Love for @rebbl ♡☆♡ Peace and Yin Vibes at Yogassage Modo Yoga Seattle! This was our offering right after class with Super Rebbl - so rad to find you last week at Pcc Natural Markets at Greenlake. So I thought, let's have tea after Yogassage and Awaken us after Yin ♡☆♡ So I roasted Super Organic Root Dandelion tea infused with Super Rebbl as a dairy free alternative creamer and Adaptogenic goodness! The Root Dandelion came from the Freeway Estates Community Orchard (thank you so much Becky Chan for sharing this with us at Modo Yoga Seattle and for Volunteering there ;) - I roasted them in organic coconut oil, sun dried for three days with Nonnie Joan's agate's from Haida Gwaii ♡☆♡ So much heart and love vibes tonight! http://natalieramsay.com/about-me.html - "Music and art are the ways I have found that I am able to connect best to others, as well as to myself. I discovered a love for singing when I was three years old and music gradually became a big part of my childhood. My dad is an amazing banjo player and musician and so I would often go to his Jugband shows at festivals, where he would play the banjo and teach the audience how to play the spoons and other homemade instruments until eventually there was a bluegrass jam on stage. These are beautiful memories for me, watching my father spread the joy of music to children and families. If at every show, he didn't ask me to come up and play an instrument, I would cry! "

Fundraising Event for Downtown Eastside Women Shelter and Artists Projects
"Jas is a country girl at heart and she is like the prairie wind. Touching everything as she flows by, sometimes gracefully and sometimes clumsily, she'll always leave a lasting impression. She's in love with music and music is in her blood. Her grandma was a ragtime guitarist and singer and her pa will often break out the guitar and sing old folk songs after dinner. With a voice that can be soft and sweet as well as bold and full of attitude, Jas gets excited on stage and will often be seen stomping, dancing and maybe even head banging during a live show. Just a "heads" up- head banging can result in the dreaded bang-over. Jasmin has also been known to tell lame dad jokes, to which responses usually yield varying degrees of groaning."

Testimonial from Yana Yantra Valerya:
"Rose, thank you so much for all that you are. Keep shining bright like a star, with your warm positive vibes of the colourful lands and islands of your origin. Keep sharing your deep sacred wisdom of the toothless grandmothers, or tribesmen and beautiful female warriors, mothers, goddesses, and lovers of all sorts. Keep standing strong, and dancing with intention, walking with determination, stepping with power, dressing in love, loving in kindness, being in mindfulness, and singing in timelessness, creating vibrantly, and laughing laughing laughing, always XOs and big hearts sister!"
