This is too close to hOMe right now...
But I'm trying to Understand and Learn...
So I checked this out for Healing and Understanding.

And at that time...I was not ready...
I was still not wanting to face everything.
I was facing the present moments of Seattle...
I was strengthening my body and mind.
I was practicing Yoga everyday.
I was preparing my Mind...
But here we are Now.
It's Fall and it's Time to pray, heal and Be Open Heart and Mind about the truth of Mental Illness of 2015!

- Why is it so difficult when it comes to mental illness for people to understand this? -
