To get there everyday...well it takes a lot of practice...
Especially when we get older. Discipline is the key word. You know the thing that you do everyday that keeps your Mind and Body alive and awake again. For some they run everyday at 5:30am and come to yoga for the 6:00am... Then you do your routine over and over again. You see results, you are glad for it. You see strength, you are happy about it. You see focus and you are thrilled about it. You feel alive and awake...again. Thank goodness for that. Then if you really pay attention you see how friends and families begin to see your discipline and motivation as an inspiration. They too will begin to feel motivated to do that thing that will trigger their Mind and Body alive and awake again. They say it takes a village to raise a child - well isn't it true when you get older also? Except... it takes a village to motivate an adult.
