Sometimes we encounter the bitterness, the sourness and the sweetness delights of life.
Remember we have a choice and we can choose to stay in the bitter, the sour or the sweet.
If we are presented with a delight, be there for it with a little bit of breath, a little bit of awareness and little bit of compassion for yourself.
The more we can be there to that experience, the more we can understand the delight we are experiencing.
Embrace the treat of the day with a little bit of kindness.
