Bulol according to the master artists wood carvers, weavers, painters, creative collective collaborators... of Baguio City, Philippines i met in the beginning of this year. They said... A Bulol is the Mumbaki's healing collaborator. If one is sick in their tribe, the Mumbaki shaman/healer/wood carver will carve a Bulol using the Narra wood transferring the pain and suffering of the sick. Creating this carved wood to an Art Form. Then placed close to the Rice Terraces. The pain and suffering released through the eyes of the Bulol. The Mountains and The Rice Terraces will take care of the Rest... Human and Nature creates and collaborates Forever! Respecting each other. Integrating Collective Consciousness Through the Wisdom passed down by the Mountain Province Ancestors and Tribes.
